I am not against diet or workout programs when it comes to staying healthy. In fact, I would really suggest you try to implement these two as a part of your lifestyle if they are currently not. Nevertheless, I would still go for the simpler and easier ways to staying healthy if you ask me. Why? Not only are they proven effective, they are also free of charge!

You have probably strolled in a park a thousand of times already but do you know that a simple activity as that can help you lower your risk for cancer and heart disease by up to 75 percent? Yes it's as simple as that my friend! It's unbelievable but researchers recently found out that enjoying the beauty of nature even for a few minutes every day can greatly reduce stress!

Since we're talking about enjoyment and fun, let me tell you that playing is good for your health. I'm not only referring to playing sports like basketball, football or badminton that allows you to sweat hard and therefore help you burn fat. I'm talking about simple activities such as playing hide and seek or enjoying a game of catch with your little ones. The enjoyment you get form playing actually helps strengthen your immune system!

Cuddling time with your partner or your kids should really be on the top of your priority list. Not only does it strengthen your relationship with your family, it also strengthens your immune system! Studies have proven that even a mild touch can trigger the body to release certain chemicals that help get rid of stress. These chemicals are also released during intimacy between husband and wife.

Is positive thinking enough? I say yes, it's enough even to keep your body healthy and mind healthy all the time! Be positive in everything, enjoy, smile and laugh always and you will realize that you can fight off even the most dreaded of disease. This is because when we stay positive, our brains release endorphins, chemicals that improve our immune function.

I?m not really a fan of man-made methods if you're wondering. That's why I would rather stick to what's natural to the human being. And I believe what I've presented here are steps that are not difficult for us since all they require is a little determination and tons of fun and enjoyment! Do you agree?
