Exercise is not only good for you physically but also psychologically and mentally. When you exercise, endorphins are released, improving your mood and increasing your immunity against sickness. It's also a fact that people who exercise a lot have a lower risk of memory loss and dementia when they get older.

Aside from these four, there are many other benefits that we can actually get from doing regular exercise like lowering cancer and stroke risks. Other benefits include lowering a person's risk for dementia and memory loss. Learn to love exercise and enjoy a healthy life.
