A detox diet for seven days consists of eating a generous amount of fruits and vegetables. Not only is this a healthy way to cleanse the body but it also provides the body with the vitamins and nutrients that it needs.

Fruits of any variety help to boost the immune system, and promote healing for the body. They can be dried, canned, fresh, or juice. Vegetables also give the body the nutrients that it needs and they can be fresh or canned, so long as they are not canned in a salt-based solution of any kind.

They can help to keep the body healthy by increasing metabolism and improving immunity. They will also help the body to release built up toxins and heavy metals it has been storing.

These days stress is a big part of our lives but it also does not help us because it causes the body to store toxins and other harmful elements that cause us to become ill. Doing a seven day detox diet will not only release these toxins but also help with weight loss. It is rather easy to do.

The seven day detox for the body is all about going natural since you will be eating fruits and vegetables to accomplish this. It is important to stay away from things like coffee, tea, soda, chocolate, eggs, and meats, with the exception of fish, while you are on this detox diet.

Staying on the diet for seven days has the added benefit of weight loss and ridding the body of built up toxins. Make sure that you get plenty of exercise as well during this time. If you choose, you can stay on the detox diet for a longer period of time after which you will feel refreshed and stronger for having done so. You will also be thinner and any bad habits that you have formed will be diminished or eliminated altogether.

By eating a variety of fruits and vegetables you will provide your body with the right amount of nutrition. This method is safer and less restrictive than other types of diets as long as you eat the right combination of fruits, fish and vegetables each day.

It is not difficult to do and you do not need any special foods or equipment to accomplish your goals.
