In general most of us never pay any attention to our body posture until we begin suffering from back problems or other issues that cause us pain due to our poor posture. We should all be more concerned with learning more about posture exercises that will help us improve our overall body posture.

In our society thousands of people suffer from this issue; it is one of the leading causes of health related issues. Yes it is going to take some time; after all most of us are not in the habit of standing and sitting straighter. However as long as you continue watching how straight you sit and stand before you know it; you will no longer be slouching.

  1. Excellent stuff in this article. I mean, really, who doesn’t want to have good posture? The problem has been, outside of good ole fashioned will power, good posture is difficult to maintain. I sit in a chair all day at work and think about sitting up straight all the time and it works. Many aren’t this dedicated.
