Does Drinking Coffee Increase Blood Pressure?

By Christian Goodman

It's no surprise to my friends and family that I pride myself on living a healthy lifestyle. This is why, I suppose only half-joking, that they refer to my daily Grande coffee from Starbucks as my "vice."

Her doctor her warned her of saying drinking coffee will lead to hypertension. One of my friend recently warned me that the drinking coffee will lead to high blood pressure.

While telling this my friend was exhaling cigarette smoke. I don't know whether her doctor told her that smoking is more dangerous than coffee.

why did he speak about coffee? As expected her doctor indicated that being over weight and smoking is contributing to her hypertension.

Till date, there no research report that proves there is a link between coffee and hypertension.

What has been documented is that coffee can increase blood pressure, although, only slightly AND only temporarily.

The blood pressure increased by coffee will also worn out quickly.

Some persons do smoking and drinking coffee together. The recent researches tend combine certain things like coffee and cigarette smoking and coffee and weight gain. Then do this mean coffee causes hypertension?

It's a problem with people, some people cannot drink coffee alone. They drink it with cigarette or while eating. It's not coffee's fault.

While I'm always excited to read about amazing results from people who've given up coffee and reduced their blood pressure, I'm even more interested in knowing what other bad behaviors where dropped when these people gave up coffee.

In my case i only have a cup of coffee a day. Over indulging is always dangerous. It suits for everything.

My program is very easy to use with zero side effects and amazing results. You can use my high blood pressure program if you are suffering from high blood pressure.

My weight loss breeze program is suggested if you are suffering from obesity.
